Travel within our local service area
Evaluation of functional needs and environmental barriers
Practical recommendations and a concise written action plan
Additional Documentation: The consultation includes a concise written summary of recommendations. Formal equipment justification letters, funding applications, or other detailed documentation are not included and may be provided for an additional fee, quoted in advance.
Our approach is consultative. We provide assessment, education, and recommendations to help clients and families make informed decisions. We do not offer ongoing private-pay treatment or rehabilitation services.
Consultations are available on a limited basis, subject to clinician availability and location.
